HOA
4th of July Regulations for Pool and Tiki
Hello Residents,
Here is the plan for the 4th for both the Pool/Tiki.
**POOL***
- One (1) guest per Adult ID card is still in effect.
- BRING YOUR OWN CHAIRS
- Masks in and out of pool area
- Capacity will be limited to 110 people. (1/2 of the pools full capacity). First come first in up to 110.
- Pool Hours: 10-1, 1:15-4:15, 430-7
We will clear the pool (only for the 4th) at 1 and 4 to allow all residents to enjoy the amenities as our capacity is limited due to the pandemic. Any resident that didn’t get in at 10-1 will be given priority at 1:15. Same for 4:30.
Temperatures will be checked entering pool area. Please have your ID’s accessible for a seamless in/out.
***TIKI***
- There will be a capacity of 85 people, first come first serve
- There is an Entrance and an Exit. You will enter down the stairs and leave through the gate near the bocce courts.
- We will have both areas stationed.
- Masks are required to purchase a drink.
- PLEASE HAVE YOUR ID’S. We cannot serve you otherwise.
- Tiki hours are as follows. Bar is open 2-8. 2-5, 5:15-8
We will clear the bar for 15 minutes to allow residents that were unable to sit in the area to utilize the amenities.
One (1) guest per ID card if they want to sit at a table. Guest cannot purchase drinks. I know this rule is different than most holidays but we are limiting this to residents as we don’t want to contact people with wristbands.
If you have any questions, please let us know.

NEW Tiki Bar Procedures
(1) ONE Person at the bar at a time. Not 2 or 3, one person.
We will have security there tomorrow night. Don’t be the person that forces us to close the bar for the weekend and likely not reopening at all. The pool was an immense success last weekend, lets do the same for Tiki. The Board, maintenance and the Bartenders put a lot of time getting this prepared.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BRING/WEAR YOUR MASKS!!!!!
If you are at the window, you need your mask on. If you are on-line you need your mask on. We will have spaced out Six (6) feet apart for people to stand while waiting. This isn’t optional. Our Bartender will not serve you.
If you are seated, the same rules apply as the Cafe/pool etc. This will be enforced. We are not risking our license for non-compliance of a simple request. SLA is itching to get places on non-compliance. I really don’t want to have to write a ‘tiki is closed till 2022’ update post.
BRING YOUR BLUE RIDGE ID’s.
If you have a picture of your ID on your phone that will suffice. If the ID is expired from Feb-June of this year we will honor until we get the clubhouse open. If you don’t have your ID, we will be unable to serve you. It does not matter who knows you. No guests will be allowed to purchase a drink at the bar. This is standard but needs to be reinforced.
We appreciate your anticipated cooperation and look forward to seeing everyone tomorrow night and throughout the weekend.
