New Work Order System LIVE on 5/20/24
A new system has been implemented for submitting work order. There are 4 ways you can submit a work order:
1) Manually fill out a work order at the clubhouse front desk
2) Go to https://www.maintenancecare.com/html/Multilinks/blueridgecondo.html (no login required). Save this link as a favorite in your browser.
3) Go to www.brhomeowners.com or www.brcondo2.com website – click on the New Work Order link
4) Mobile app: (you will need to create a mobile app login)

Early Spring balanced fertilization with crabgrass control: Spring Valley.42 Prodiamine (60063-
42-41124) and MecAmine-D (34704-239) or Horsepower (228-313) or Trimec Encore (MCPP, MCPP-P,
Dicamba) (2217-773) (Broadleaf Weeds)
This is to inform you of a pending lawn care pesticide application to your community. You may wish
to take precautions to minimize exposure to yourself, family members, pets and family possessions.
Further information about the product or products being applied, including any warnings that appear
on the labels of such pesticide or pesticides that are pertinent to the protection of humans,
animals, or the environment, can be obtained by calling the National Pesticide Telecommunications
Network at 1-800-858-7378 or the New York State Department of Health Center for Environmental
Health information line at 1-800-458-1158.
This application will take place on the primary date unless deterred by weather conditions.
Instructions for the community: Keep children and pets off the lawn for 24 hours.
