Hello Residents. Starting at 9:00AM on Thursday, September 14th there will be repair work on the water mains. This will effect the homeowners residing between parking plazas 14 through 18. We are terribly sorry.
CONDO 1-Proxy Update
Please be advised that one-off proxies will be accepted on the day of the election, Saturday September 9th. Any Bulk collection of proxies (more then 3) must be given into the Condo 1 office by Friday September 8th by 10:00AM. Thank you.
Condo 1- National Grid Work for Thursday, September 7th
Residents in Parking Plaza 18. National Grid will be working in Parking Plaza 18 starting at 8:00AM. Please have all vehicles moved from the parking spots located facing the condo buildings. You may park your vehicle on the side closest to Birchwood Road. Thank you.
