By the time you will be reading this letter, Thanksgiving will be over, and Christmas and Hanukkah will be upon us. Where has the year gone? The year has been very productive, and we have accomplished a lot working together.
The outdoor and indoor pools have been marbled dusted, the tennis courts have been re-surfaced, and the golf course has totally turned around under the guidance of the new management company. More importantly, to keep the community informed, we added a power point monitor in the lobby of the clubhouse. For those who don’t stop in on a regular basis we put into service a phone blast system to reach all the residents of the community.
Moving forward in the months ahead we are planning to remodel the clubhouse, starting with the lower lounge, and following with the upper lounge. We will have open meetings to present the changes. The clubhouse lower lounge will be closed for all functions from January 1 until March 31, and possibly longer to allow the work to be completed.
The HOA Board of Directors want to thank you for all your support, it makes our jobs easier. We want to wish all of you a Merry Christmas and a Happy Hanukkah as well as a Happy and Healthy New Year.
From our family to yours.
And all sitting HOA Board Members
Condo 1 Residents
We want to wish the community a very Happy and Safe Thanksgiving.
Two reminders: the office will be closed on Friday, November 27th and be advised the landscapers began the fall clean up. Please wait to decorate outside your unit in the grass and bushes. The Condo board and/or the landscapers will not clean near the decorations and cannot be responsible if any decorations are damaged during the clean up.
Dear Blue Ridge Condo I Residents,
The upcoming fire alarm inspections has raised many concerns among our residents.
The Board had to weigh the dangers of having alarm inspections done during a pandemic. It was not an easy decision; but the risk of not having working alarms in the case of a fire was too great a safety risk.
There is only going to be this one attempt. Please try & make accommodations to have someone available the date & time of the inspection. Inspections only take a few minutes. Our inspectors will be following all safety precautions. We ask that all residents wear masks and social distance to the best of their abilities. Consider opening windows for circulation of fresh air.
If you feel ill or do not feel safe having the inspectors come into your home; just do not answer the door on the day of your inspection. Please be aware, the Condo I Board understands the concerns many have at this time with COVID-19 and will not be enforcing the $200.00 missed alarm inspection fine this one time only.
Thank you & The Condo I Board wishes you & your loved ones a Happy Thanksgiving.
