Condo I Sprinkler Update
Hello Residents,
Condo I’s sprinkler system is up and running except in the areas of Unit #’s 13 through 28, 197 through 212 and 229 through 244. We are working with our sprinkler company to get these areas repaired as fast as possible.
Please be patient and continue to water your outdoor plantings. These areas without sprinklers will not be treated with the lawn pesticide treatment going to down this Friday, June 19, 2020 (with a back up date of Monday, June 22 for applications). Failure to have sprinklers in working condition would cause possible damage to the lawn.

GOLF COURSE
- No more than 6 people at a time.
- Must social distance. If social distancing is not possible, must wear masks.
- Only 1 guest per household per day permitted.
- Hours of operation: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Sunday through Saturday.
- All regular golf course rules apply.
TENNIS COURST
- Single only allowed.
- Must use every other court.
- Hours of operation: Monday through Friday 10:00 AM-12:00 PM & 1:00 PM-3:00 PM.

Outdoor Pool Update 6 15 2020
Dear Blue Ridge Residents,
As you know, we are now in Phase II of reopening the County. Authorization has been given to open the outdoor pool. Please be advised that the HOA is taking the necessary steps to open the pool safely, in accordance with the governmental requirements. The HOA will keep you informed, the pol will be opened as soon as the necessary procedures and safeguards are in place to ensure that Blue Ridge does not experience a spike in Covid-19 infections.
Please keep in mind that the regulations concerning the usage of the pool will have to be followed for the well-being and safety of all.
