To all Blue Ridge residents,
This is the latest official HOA update for our community during the coronavirus pandemic.
Our clubhouse was totally shut down on April 1st when an employee who works in the clubhouse came in indirect contact with someone who tested positive for the virus. Our concern was that the clubhouse was compromised. Going forward, we waited for the required time to see if the employee showed any signs or symptoms of the virus. The employee was also tested, and it came back negative.
Since then, as a precaution, the entire clubhouse has been professionally sanitized and has been reopened once again ONLY to employees considered essential workers to the HOA and the Condo operations. The clubhouse, including the café, will remain closed to residents, along with the other HOA amenities in our community, until the HOA can approve reopening while still staying in compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as CDC recommendations.
As we are faced with many issues during this pandemic, we make decisions that we feel are in the best interest and safety for all our residents. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Most of all stay safe, use common sense and follow the CDC guidelines.
Respectfully,
HOA Board of Directors
