Condo II has reached out to EAS to inquire on the status of inspection of resident in-home fire alarms. EAS has stated they are on hold to schedule any inspections as they are still awaiting information on State regulations on entering private residents. Once formal guidelines are in place addressing this specific issue, EAS will notify us of the guidelines implemented and begin scheduling.

Security Clarification
Condo II would like to clear up some misunderstood information released in our prior letter. During the height of thefts and vandalism in the community, the security company stepped up and provided an unmarked car to patrol at night intermittently along with the more visible security vehicle seen every night.
Due to the situation Blue Ridge was facing at the time, Katta Security generously provided this unmarked vehicle free of charge. At this time, the police have informed us they know who is involved in the thefts but have yet to make any arrests.
Condo II would like to apologize for any miscommunication in this matter, and will continue to work towards improving the safety and security of our residents.
