Hello Blue Ridge Condo 1 Residents. The HOA & Condo 1 are happy to announce we now have new mailboxes installed outside the clubhouse for the homeowner’s convenience. There is one LOCKED mailbox for common charges and another that holds work order forms for you to complete and leave for the office to pick up. Please note if you are planing on writing a work order to bring a pen with you. You can still also contact Blue Ridge Condo I via email at: brcondo1@optonline.net or by phone at (631) 736-0166 during regular business hours of Monday through Thursday 9:00AM-2:00PM. Be well.
