To the members of the Blue Ridge Community:
Due to the COVID virus state of emergency, and as a result of the CDC recommendations as well as consultation with our legal consul and insurance broker, the three boards of the Blue Ridge Community have agreed to close the clubhouse to HOA residents until further notice.
We are further recommending that the residents exercise caution if using outdoor facilities including the playgrounds.
The HOA and the condos will still have essential personnel working in isolation in their offices for their protection but will be available by phone and email to continue to serve our residents during this difficult time.
We will be placing a lock box in the vestibule between the two doors of the front entrance at the club house for all common charge payments for both condo boards and a table set up for work orders. All emergencies will be handled in the usual manner. Any questions please feel free to call the front desk or your condo office directly. The hours at the front desk will be 8:00AM to 9:00PM. The condo hours will be 9:00AM to 1:00PM. Also, you can register for the website to receive updated information.
Maintenance work will be preformed on the outside of units only except for emergencies.
The café will be available for take-out and delivery only, as a service for our residents. The café can be reached at this phone number extension 132.
