Having Hope Will Give You Courage ~ Job 11:18
During this difficult time, when life as we knew it disappeared, it is not unnatural to become anxious, fearful, even depressed. The unknown is simply something we have never experienced before. Once we have the experience, we naturally register it to memory, and move forward. If we are fortunate to share the experience with others, there is an unconscious sense of support knowing others are familiar with what occurred.
When we are in our darkest hours, there is always a condition of Hope. The confident expectation of what was promised and the strength to wait for the outcome. Courage refers to qualities of spirit and conduct. It permits one to face extreme danger and difficulties without fear. These two words are parallel to each other. If one has Hope, they then also have Courage without being aware of the strength within.
Our Blue Ridge Community is filled with friends, neighbors, family. We are a support system for each other. Remember there is always, always, someone you can reach out to and voice your fears, and concerns to. You are not alone. You are an integral part of the Blue Ridge family, and together, we share Hope, and find Courage, and remain steadfast we will all come through this catastrophe.
In Faith and Friendship,
Regards,
Ken Groshans, President, Condo II
And the Standing Condo II Board of Managers
___________________________________________________________________________
As was mentioned in our last Website update, your Condo II Board of managers has been continuing to work in safety with social distancing from the confines of their homes, and communicating via Virtual meetings, phone calls, and messages.
What has been taking place throughout the last few weeks:
1: The Maintenance Department will be coming back to full crews and work towards getting all in order around the community for when the social distancing band is lifted.
2: Justin will be taking over the responsibility of overseeing the Maintenance crew while John Mulvaney recovers from his medical procedure.
3: The HOA will be bringing in a professional cleaning company to sanitize the clubhouse in preparation of office staff returning to partial in-house hours.
4: A temporary Mailbox has been installed outside the front doors of the Clubhouse so residents may pay their common charges, A second box is for the submission of resident work orders.
5: If any resident needs to speak with a Board member, or has questions or concerns, please contact the office phone at 631-736-2574 or email: officebrcondo2@optonline.net
Please DO NOT fax your concerns or questions as there is no way to retrieve faxes at this time.
6: Please practice Social Distancing at all times outside your Units. There is an increase of residents taking advantage of the spring weather and getting out for walks or jogs, which is a necessity, but most important is to remain a minimum of 6 feet from anyone not dwelling inside your personal living space. Let’s all do our part to flatten the curve. The sooner it happens, the sooner we can all begin to enjoy our wonderful community and the amenities it has to offer.
