As the community may be aware, the Boards met with prospective property management companies in our search to fill the vacant administrator/property manager position here at Blue Ridge Condominiums.

It should be noted that while we are engaging with companies, they are making proposals to fill a single line on the organizational chart-but to do so with the experience and stability that a company offers that an individual may not.

The companies we met with made excellent presentations, and the HOA as well as the Condo Boards are optimistic we will be able to fill our vacancy based on these meetings. 

Please note moving forward with a management company will not affect your common charges. This is another step in a long process, but one which the Boards are hoping to do right and not have to do again for a long time. 

Tri-Board Update

To all Blue Ridge residents,

I am happy to inform you all that the work order system is now live through the Blueridge website. www.brhomeowners.com. You can submit your work order 24-7 from anywhere.

All registered users are now able to enter work orders from website and track the status of progress. Please register if you have not done so yet and also please know you must be logged in to view the Work Order link on the top menu bar.

Also you can submit a work order from your computer, smart phone, or tablet. You can also take a picture of the issue and attach it to the work order.

You can view ALL of your work order submissions at anytime on the lower part of the Work Order page including status updates.

NOTE: The original method of completing the work order form and submitting it at the front desk is still an option for those that do not want to utilize the online system.

How to find the Work Order option on mobile devices:

• To use on your mobile device, log in then select MENU for the Work Order option.

To find Work Orders on a PC, log in and locate Work Order on the top menu bar:
